The Joseph P. DiBernardo Memorial Foundation provides grant assistance to fire departments in the United States and Canada for personal safety rope systems. Applications for the 2016 grant period will be accepted from April 1 - July 31, 2016.
"Grants funds will help departments which do not have the financial means to provide this important life-saving equipment. We encourage all departments to keep their members safe by providing them with a personal safety rope," says Chief DiBernardo. To date, the Foundation has distributed nearly $86,000 in grant funding to fire departments in need.
